You might be wondering why, in an age of easily accessible both scientific and non-scientific information via Instagram, Twitter etc., someone would choose to start a blog. It's actually quite simple and stems from my anecdotal experience of working with people in person and online over the last few years. Picture this, If I got 1£ for every person who's ever told me they googled their injury, scrolled through plenty of articles, searched for someone with similar issues or wanted to apply trustable training, performance advice/exercises but ended up confused, I'd be blogging from a yacht in Florida now.
Instead of that, I'm just writing this blog post in a cosy cafe in the Austrian Alps now (I know, super harsh). We finally got some sun, but make no mistake, this is maybe what 5% of my days look like. And I actually forgot to take a picture :) so this is a random one from the other day and a bit of a different location. Anyways...enjoy the view and let’s get back to the purpose of this blog.

Okay but... why not only do Instagram posts? Because here, I can delve deeper into specific topics, offer more nuanced insights and provide more value for people who are interested in a bit more extensive information. While a single blog may not provide all the answers (well, depending on the topic's complexity), I can certainly point you in the right direction and encourage reaching out for more clarification. And because the Internet can be filled with both misleading but also great information, here you can expect not only random advice but rather practical and science-based insights on injury rehab, performance, training principles, downloadable PDFs and also a broader perspective for some other things that go beyond what I can convey now. Alright, I think this shortly sums it up, so let's leave it here for now.
Until next time, Aďa 🙋😊
